What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship exclusively through UPS. You may select from UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® (Commercial Only), UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air Saver® or UPS Next Day Air® Early A.M. We do not ship item(s) from our online store outside of the 50 U.S. states.
When will my order ship?
We strive to ship all orders submitted by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time the same day. This is a goal that we diligently work towards every day, however, it is not a guarantee. Some orders will need to undergo additional review, which may delay the order.
Overnight orders placed after 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursdays are not automatically upgraded to Saturday Service. Please contact DriTac.com Customer Service at (800) 394-9310 to request Saturday Service. There is an additional charge for Saturday Service and it is not available to all areas. DriTac.com strives to verify and ship all Next Day Air shipments the same day, however, there may be some delay for processing and order review.

After I have placed my order, how can I check on the status of my order?

If you choose not to provide an email address during checkout, you can email us at orders@dritac.com and request the status of your order.
